Global self-esteem
A continuous summary of ten self-reports about overall self-worth and self-respect.
This short questionnaire summarizes how you currently describe your overall sense of worth and self-respect. Choose the response that feels most accurate in general.
Inside the assessment
The Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale measures global self-esteem as a single continuous construct using five positively worded and five negatively worded statements.
Responses receive 0–3 points. Five negatively worded items are reverse scored, then all ten values are summed for a possible total from 0 to 30.
