This is the 10-item IPIP representation of the Curiosity scale. The official key reports seven positively keyed and three negatively keyed statements, with internal consistency of alpha .78 in the adult Eugene-Springfield Community Sample.
Very Inaccurate through Very Accurate receive 1–5 points. The final three negatively keyed items are reverse scored from 5 to 1, and all ten keyed values are summed for a total from 10 to 50.
