TraitSpring publishes free self-discovery assessments for adults. Each experience pairs transparent scoring with plain-language reflection, so you can examine a pattern without turning one result into a permanent label.
Every assessment identifies what it measures, where its questions came from, how the score is calculated, and what the result cannot establish. We prefer primary sources such as an instrument author, official research project, paper, or scoring guide.
Read the editorial policyYou can use TraitSpring without an account. Answers and scores are calculated in your browser and remain on your device. The site records limited aggregate activity without collecting individual answers or visitor identifiers.
Read the privacy detailsEstablished questionnaires keep their source and permission information visible. Original TraitSpring reflections are labeled as original work rather than presented as validated instruments. Results support curiosity and practical reflection; they do not diagnose a condition, judge your worth, predict a relationship, or replace advice from a qualified professional.
TraitSpring writes the interface, plain-language explanations, and reflection exercises around each assessment. AI tools may assist with formatting, code, or an early draft. AI output is not treated as a source. Citations, permission, item wording, scoring rules, and factual claims must remain traceable to primary material and pass the site’s publication checks.
A page receives a named human or expert reviewer credit only after that person has reviewed it and agreed to be identified.
