The TIPI is a 10-item measure of five broad personality dimensions: Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Emotional Stability, and Openness to Experiences.
Items 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 are reverse scored. Each dimension is the average of one direct item and one reverse-scored item, producing five separate scores from 1 to 7.

Agreeableness
A broad continuum of warmth and cooperation versus a more critical or confrontational self-description.
Conscientiousness
Dependability and self-discipline, ranging from more flexible or disorganized to more structured self-description.
Emotional Stability
A broad tendency toward calm and emotional steadiness versus feeling more anxious or easily upset.
Openness to Experiences
Curiosity and attraction to novelty or complexity versus a more conventional and familiar orientation.
